very odd location, Bed sheet pillow very dirty, toilet water is not coming in tap very bad experience

Room was dirty. No water supply in basin. Washroom not clean.

Lack cleanliness, has spider web, cockroach and lot of mosquito's.

Nice Hotel. Cheap and good service

Staffs should be somewhat professional. I gave key to clean the room. Later receptionist says we wont allow our people in a closed rooms. Room was cleaned after that.

To long from railway station and I didn't get breakfast and rooms air conditioner not working properly.

Toilet clean but smells badly. I need blanket or white blanket for covering my self at time of sleeping but no blanket inside room, when ask for this they give single person blanket which is not in good condition and old. In a hotel, its neccessary to give white blanket and clean. I feel bad for this. Other things are good.

Hotel is placed nearby to Panvel Railway Station and is known to all rickshaw drivers. Staff is helpful and nice. But room needs to be clean and applied room freshners. Washroom was terrible with Indian toilet and no shower.
