Bathroom not clean enough. Our non AC room windows did not have nets to keep mosquito away. For air circulation we needed to keep the window open. Location is good as it near the railway station. Food is good.

I had a very disappointing experience. I was charged extra for mineral water, the place was unhygienic, and there were mosquitoes everywhere. It was a horrible experience overall.

There is no room service and the rooms are small but considering their tariff it is okay. There is no good restaurant nearby where you can get breakfast. Their restaurant opens only at 12 noon. You can get good vegetarian food there.

Pros: 1. Room was very clean. 2. Staff was very supportive and behavior of the staff was well mannered. 3. Food is tasty. Cons: 1. They have mentioned that there is free wifi available inside the room, but wifi range was not coming inside the room. So, we can't use wifi inside the room. 2. Also, there is no way/facility to connect your phone/laptop with tv. So, you can't watch your favorite song/movie etc. Overall experience: first time, i visited to this hotel with my fiancee. Overall it was a great experience. Staff was very supportive and well mannered.
