Stay was awesome... located on the side of the main road...restaurant served delicious food...neat and tidy room

Food was ok There were many mosquitoes in the room No tissues in the washroom

everything is good but ambiance is not so rich .. rooms are clean .washroom are also good .....lightning is best ..

1. We have booked a suite room but they told us that suite room will take more time to get ready and provided us with semi-suite room. 2. We have ordered food from the restaurant at 8pm and they woke us up at late midnight for paying the food bill either the same time they should have asked to pay or wait till morning to pay. 3. They have not provided us any amenities which we are eligible for the suite room instead they asked us to pay for the mineral water which was complimentary with the room. 4. The behaviour of the staff was very bad especially the front office staff. I would not recommend anyone to book this hotel. This hotel is a complete scam.

"during my recent stay at hotel mari aai, i had a fairly good experience. The hotel's location was convenient, and the staff was generally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met my basic needs. However, there were a few areas where improvement is needed. The room interior is not so good. The wi-fi signal was a bit weak, and the breakfast options were somewhat limited. Additionally, there was some noise from neighboring rooms, which affected the overall tranquility of my stay. In summary, hotel mari aai provided a decent stay, but there is room for enhancement in terms of amenities, interior design and noise isolation. I would consider staying here again, depending on my needs for future trips"

Stained bed sheets and rooms services was pathetic. We have to buy our own kettel and tea mixture to prepare tea. Food services are also not there hence. Need to go out to have food. The staff was bit rude we asked for room change he did however continuously asked to upgrade for better service amd to pay extra

Hello, my stay experience at hotel maria aai was average. Room service and restaurant's food was good. There were mosquitos in room and in lobby. Bed sheet and blanket were also not clean.

The food is also tasty and the staff's behaviour is also too good.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I travel-led with six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the four weeks i was in panvel.

Total i have seen it is very nearby and it is very clean neat and very good hotel staff is very polite very soft and very helpful don’t think about battery it is very very very best hotel thank you

There are too many cockroaches & bedbucks. Cockroaches come from every corner. We were fed up killing them.

Very nice hotel staff was very co oorative. Room is spacious neat and clean. Overall my stay was comfortable
