Not a good bathroom and cleanliness problem not good for a family stay. not recommended for family

the hotel was well below par. the lift was not working for 1st floor , rest all floor lift was ok. I have booked the hotel 2 days prior since I checkin late , the all floor was occupied andnleft me with the 1st floor. I have to climb the staircase with my luggage as the office boy not helped me . the room curtains were also in shubby. there is no restaurant for the hotel as the inhave booked the hotel with breakfast. when I asked them they have only one fixed menu of idli sambar with tea and served in the room.

Service was nice and staff was well behaved and supporting in nature. Rooms were decent. Manager was really nice.

The place was really pleasant and comfortable. The staff were kind and polite..overall the place was good 😊👍

Our recent family stay at Payal Hotel was a major disappointment. The rooms were in a deplorable state, reeking of unpleasant odors and adorned with dirty walls. The showers were non-functional, adding to the discomfort. The food served was not only unappetizing but also lacked nutritional value. The beds were smelly, and the bedsheets were unclean. To top it all off, the staff's lack of cooperation further exacerbated our negative experience. This hotel is definitely not suitable for families and we would strongly advise against it. Our stay was truly terrible.

Nice place to stay, clean and neat rooms, good room service, food is excellent, i recommend to keep minimum 02 menus in breakfast.

Hotel is good condition but not feel safe uncomfortable feel because of sound pass one room to other room hotel staff is good behaviour.

Stay was good and no complaints. The room given to me was neat and clean. The a/c was chilled, toilet was clean and very well function-able. Staff was good and with well behaviour

Stinking room a. C location on the head so cannot be used. Ac need to be shifted at a better place within the room no drinking water given as you checked in

Actually room was good. It was clean and tidy. The staffs also behave well. But the issue is water is over heat, it made me uncomfort.

It was just okay because the hygiene is not good here. Although the staff is very friendly and cooperative.

Great location near panvel station and st stand. Clean room and great staff. Easy accessible rooms with lift. Clean washrooms. Good food options opposite hotel payal. In all recomended.

Rooms were clean, bathroom was cleaning, hot and cold water was available, bell boy assisted in carrying the luggage, water bottles were provided late night, overall stay the good.

Hotel staff is very good & rooms are also spacious and comfortable. Location is in the city so food is also easily available.

The light in the room had gone twice hot water facility wasn't available in the room for shower.

Hotel staying experience is very good. Also staff are very good. I am unsatisfied with food delivered time and rate of food. It takes 1 hours above to delivered food and rate of food is very high. But rooms and staff are very supportive
