very bad experience....rooms were stinking and very bad room ambience...not worth at all after spending so much money

Very congested. Not value for Money. Suffocating smell in room and in hotel overall. Charges 1000 INR for 3 hrs early check in

Overall experience was good. 1.5 km from Panvel Railway Station. They have their own restaurant Malvan Tadka, good food. Room can be maintained better, glasses were dirty, doors were not closing, shower was not operational. Good for business trip and family trip....

Nice location of the Hotel, Near the Highway Junction. Since Food is outsourced by the hotel, it generally takes lot of time for A La Carte Orders into the Room. Rest All is fine.

first I got a room with a bed which has huge threads coming out of it felt like small stones under the blanket. electricity cut off and pawer backup takes minimum 3-5mins. also the TV did not function post the power cut, the guy said all the rooms are facing the issue. breakfast buffet with very little option: tea/coffe/juice, fruit, boiled egg, puri and poha. I would give 2/5

The walls where crack and the room help was not active...rude nothing was added in the room apart from water..no complementry brkfast was provided

Rates given in menu do not match with bill given by restaurant - 100 rs item comes with 189 rs bill. Hotel does not even provide safe drinking water - only two small bottles provided. Service is extremely slow. they take 2 hours to just give water.

The journey from Mumbai airport to the hotel is long but after reaching it, I found it worth traveling. The hotel staff right from the main entrance to the room service are very homely and at the same time highly professional. The hygiene of the rooms and the washroom is good. I had a pleasant stay and look forward to stay in the same hotel Vinamra Residency in the future trips.

Good accommodation, well cleaned toilets, it was a comfortable stay. Reception also good. Good housekeeping.

The place is located good, breakfast is great, interior is ok but few things were not good like there was no body wash liquid, rather toilet soap was there. The towels were thin, appeared poor quality, there is no split or centralized ac, there is just window ac, whose remote is not working. Upon asking for basic things like hair oil, it wasn't provided. Water is also extra charged.
