Very good location and service.Rooms are well furnished, beds are provided with heated sheets, hot water is provided, hotel is in heart of Pahalgam.Very responsive service

Hotel is good for only in winter season. In other season it is very bad property. Deu to non ac room. Cleanses is very bad. Parking space is very small.

The room was deceptively small, the extra bed was very uncomfortable and the extra comforter wasn't clean. Location was good. Did not eat at the hotel nor did we use any of the amenities or services

Very careless and very poor service

Only location is good rest all things are disappointing. Rooms are small, no amenities except one litre of water per day for 2 persons, soap and towel etc, bathrooms are also very small, leaking and not clean. Carpet is dirty. You have to order and pay even for bedtime tea. They have provided heater under bed (like you see in hospital for patients, very much uncomfortable and room remains cold, have no facility of heater too, you will not get it even you feel cold. Food is under contract with restaurant which gives horrible food, very oily and limited choices. Services are poor, worst experience

Found the hotel location best and services were good. Good staff and good food though. Not very expensive

Okay, overall service was satisfactory, linens and towels were not good, reception was cooperative, food at restaurant was average, location was average.

Price of the hotel is too high with average room and average facilities. The hotel is located in the main market.

Hot water problem. Geyser was not working. Staff was very supportive they provided hot water bucket. Location is really great.

The staff is very cooperative and hotel location is walking from Helipad and ideal for Amarnath Yatra. The Nathus Rasoi at ground floor is frenchise of Delhi's famous Nathus Sweets and food quality is superb. overall 5 rating

The location of the hotel is great. Rooms are basic and have balcony. Rooms were neat and clean. We also had bed heater, hot water all the time that made our stay more comfortable.

Room was good not excellent location wise perfect as situated in main market. You can easily find everything from this hotel like pony ride, taxi stand in my opinion location is much more important than room

Food ok, as per booking in room dining not given to us, we left one day earlier on 11th may instead of 12 may due to water in bathroom is so dirty, no clean water (hot or cold )is there in bathroom, muddy water for two days, so irritating, we asked for refund as we want to shift other hotel, mmt also not picking up phone

The price is too high compared to the facilities provided. There was no electric kettle, and wi-fi not available
