Respected Guest, Thank you for your review, We apologise if you had an unpleasant experience at our hotel, we are committed to provide great guest experiences everytime to our guest. It's would have been better if you had intimated us with such issues while on stay so that we could rectified our gaps. Also,we have RO installed and house water are being given to guest as complimentary but having packaged Water will imply additional cost. On cross checking with staff we found that your booking was of Non AC Room category but you wanted to stay in AC room which was provided with extra charges which may have been annoying. However, we have briefed our staff again about the bad experience you had and hope that we will make ourself better with such opportunities highlighted by you.
