It was a pretty decent stay. The place was clean. One thing is that ac's remote wasn't working very well. We had to be really near the ac for the remote to work.

Terrible rooms.
Very bad condition of the room. Really different from what we saw in pictures. They have a bathrub in their grand suite but don’t have continuous hot water supply hence the bathtub can’t be used. Service was fine but since i stayed there for 1 day can’t say much about the service. The bathroom shower handle was also broken, the bathtub shower pipe was leaking, walls peeling of paint and also dirty, bathroom had uncleaned spots everywhere. Basically bad rooms !

familyGreat location, the hotel is in commercial premises, ideal for solo or couples. Staff are friendly and helpful. Basement car park which is a plus.

Poor Stay
The room was clean ok ok, very noisy all the road noise came to your room, the bathroom was clean, however the toilet seat was broken and the water heater did not work at night. Somehow we managed our stay and preferred and with a very high price.

Comparing rest hotels in surat this is preferable as big space and good ventilation. Also it's located in prime areas of city. Cleanliness is also too good here
