I am 8 years old customer of this hotel but in this time we faced lots of issues. I have booked super deluxe room but room like deluxe catagory. Food experience is very bad. Everyday facing shortage and so much poor quality. For dinner charged rs. 400+gst show manu image soup to desert but quality is very bad. In starter given finger chips and it's qty is hardly 15 chips. So i request all of you if you have no any option in surat hotel then plan stay here. If we complain our problem to the manager no any positive reply from his side. Very arrogant and rudely answer given.

businessGood location. Overall average experience. Room had a very strong, nauseating paint smell. Fixtures & fittings were broken/old. Breakfast was basic. There was huge disturbance all through the night from the upper floor, with people practising loud music instruments.

Hospice visit after a long time

familyI have been staying here for more than 3 decades in this hotel. The service and food was excellent then and also now after so many years. Rooms are very spacious. And most important there is a facility for the driver's to stay in the hotel

Decent hotel for a short stay

Pros - location - near the station clean room and bathroom good breakfast - options for veg/non veg polite staff cons - old hotel - needs renovation geyser not working / took much longer to work beds are not too comfortable pricing not competitive - many other hotels in the area offering similar quality at 20/25% cheaper rates.
