This has been one of the most pleasant stays in any hotel anywhere. The lady at the reception (probably the head of operations) was so co-operative that the waiting time never really seemed like one. And she helped me with the most amazing tea one can ask for after a trip. The next comes the room: Brilliant. At this cost, nothing like it. Then, I met the hotel owner on my way to the lobby. He got to know about my departure early morning. The moment he got to know it, his words were 'Ap ri property se bhukhe pet kaise ja sakte ho! My team will serve you tea and bread butter at 6 AM.' And that as a gesture won me over. Overall, the perfect place to be at when in Surat.

I was also impressed with the high-quality bathroom amenities and the abundance of plush towels.
