Luxurious Studio Apartment at Rajhans Belliza

The walls had damp on it. The pain was peeling. The towels were unclean. For 3 people there was only 1 plate, 1 spoon, 1 glass and 1 cup. When we asked for more glasses they sent a plastic glass. The pot in the washroom had urine stains. We had to clean it ourselves before use. There was no toilet paper. The hand shower was leaking. There were cracks on the walls. I mean i do not expect a 5 star treatment but at-least basic repair and maintenance is required. I don’t have images

The stay was actually good and we enjoyed a lot by staying there and the ambience was very nice.

Drinking water supply not available mention telephone numbers for service does not work. Remote location, nothing is available near by.

The apartment was very spacious. Clean toilets and big bedrooms. The kitchen had fridge, water filter. The host was very prompt in attending us. Comfortable checkin and check out. Good surroundings area near the airport.

The place is not well maintained. There are issues with poor hygiene, leaking plumbing lines, and a boiler with low capacity, which causes hot water to stop in the middle of a shower. I found insects in the drawers, and the ac remotes are not functioning. The refrigerator was also not working, and the bathroom door did not close properly. There are many other observations like these. The maintenance person had a careless approach, and it seems that the service provider is only interested in securing bookings without paying attention to the upkeep of the property.

I have booked i have id in my phone but they not accepted but at-least they have to response properly it’s totally fraud they are response i called manger for request please accept my id but even he was not received my call at-least as manager (responsible) he has to receive and answer but not they looted my money.

I recently stayed at the luxurious studio apartments at rajhans belliza in surat and had an exceptional experience. No proper team for check in and other queries, no lock in washroom there were very few towels in room

Nearest to airport. Excellent facilities and ambience at most economical price. Very convenient for early morning flight. No need to compromise on sleep. Excellent host ( mr. Chawla).

I had to visit surat for some official work and wanted a stay home near to airport. While i was checking for hotel on make my trip, this location was as per my condition.

Property is really very bad so service at all you have to take you luggage aslo with your on room condition is also not at all good

The owner was too rude. He didn't allow us in because one of us belonged to the same city.

Nice place, amneties and food, location and assistance

My experience was rather disappointing. Think twice before you decide to book here. I had an unpleasant encounter where i encountered a shocking lack of room service. The bathroom in my room was not properly cleaned, and the bed and furniture were emitting an off-putting odor. Moreover, mosquitos were a perpetual bother, causing unwanted distraction and discomfort. It was a seriously underwhelming experience and i urge potential future guests to consider this review before proceeding with their reservation.

We requested an early check in. Not only the host denied it, when we finally got to enter the apartment at 12, the room was not ready. The maid was cleaning the entire apartment, we had to wait another hour to get it done. Didn't raise a complaint because the maid was actually sweet. The bathroom fittings are so damaged that, i got locked inside the washroom. The door is glass so if you are alone, there is no way of getting out of there. My colleagues tried tapping the door knob for half an hour when i finally could get out. Never dared to lock the washroom again. All the fittings in the bathroom is so loose that the shower handle comes out. The entire building is dystopian. There is no sunlight coming in and it has glass walls, which faces other apartments.
