Review Of HOTEL THE BARSANA

It was a pathetic experience . receptionist was rude. The guy heading the restaurant in the morning was rude. only 1 staff in morning resturant in morning . Took 1 hr to process breakfast order. Ultimately we had to cancel it . The hook of the hand shower was coming out. They switched off the room lights at 6 pm and did not care to switch it on till 9.30 pm. Terrible experience. worst part is no one was bothered about ypur concerns

it was a good stay.Rooms are clean and highgenic.But location wise it's not optimum as it's a touch to the nearest village.

A great place to stay. Supportive staff, Clean room, nice food. Near to temple. We could see the temple right from our room window.

The stay at the barsana hotel was pleasant, the rooms were neat and clean. The hotel staff was also polite and helpful . The food was a little sweet for us ,but it was still decent. My overall stay was comfortable and decent.

Property is very neat and clean staff is polite and close to temple. Overall a very good and comfortable stay.

Pathetic dtay

Absolutely loved my time over here. I would like to mention the behaviour of the staff is really good. Rooms are clean and immaculate. Overall I had a great time and I would definitely recommend this to others as well. 💖

Hotel was good. The food, staff, and service were good. room was clean . Good place to stay and experience Dwarka.

Hotel location & services is very good

Ok stay, not a great place but just average. Washroom was really stinking , understaff and you get a LOT OF HOUSEFLIES in restaurant & lobby. Location is close by to Dwarkadhish temple..walkable within 500 m

It is a good hotel and the staff is very cooperative. The cleanliness is also very good. There is a temple 800 meters nearby. There is only one problem and that is the food, the food and breakfast are good but very expensive.

The hotel interior was good and the staff was polite and helpful. Also the food was costly but the food was delicious.

I had a horrifying experience at this hotel. It was dirtiest place with 100s of flies everywhere. the staff was shockingly rude and when asked to help get rid of the flies, the reception staff banged doors and got angry. I had to leave the place without checking in team did not help cancel and refund the entire amount. It wasn't safe at all as a solo female traveller

The linens were dirty and it appeared that they were not changed, bathrooms were not clean and smelly rooms. It was not a good stay

stay is really good. property is almost adjacent to main highway. Temple is at walking distance around 800 m. Main speciality of this Hotel is it's restautant " Makhan Bhog" . It's Food is really awesome. service is excellent. Both check in & check out were really quick & hassle free. Just an advice, to take Food bills amount at one time during checkout not inside rooms at each order.
