Horrible experience.
When we entered, two girls on reception was so busy on their phone that they even didn't notice. Greetings for customer is secondary, they even didn't bother to look at us. The washroom was not cleaned. I had to call room service and asked them to clean. The trash can was filthy too. Towels not provided. When I called for towels, the person was arguing saying he had already given. He insisted us to check, I told him we already checked then also he kept saying about keeping it. Later he provided. The shower was in horrible condition.

The WC sheet was broken and dirty. The shower was choked. The bedsheet was stains. The rajoi was smelling bad. There was nobody on the counter at 2 @ am when we entered. and I litter a lly searched him for 20 minutes. Horrible experience.
