The Grand Dwarika

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dwarka. The staff is extremely polite and efficient — whatever I ordered from my room was delivered within 5 minutes! Even though the hotel was quite busy because of the vacation season, their service remained excellent throughout. They promptly helped me with my luggage both while checking in and at the time of checkout. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Location is bang on as it’s nearby to temple. Plus they arrange auto free of charge if you’re travelling with handicap person. The other amenities like room, food and car parking is average only. We found cockroach in the room as well.

We booked a 3 bedded room for family of 3. The hotel room was clean and spacious. Staff was polite and courteous. It's walking distance from Dwarkadhish Temple and offers temple view from rooftop which was great. its in the middle of busy market facing Gomti river and Sudama Setu so location is best. They have parking which is great. The restaurant food and service was excellent. Only suggestion for improvement is to safeguard low lobby rails which can be dangerous.

Property food was too much good . I will personally prefer to lunch and dinner at hotel . And hotel location is too much good , Dwarkadhish temple is too close from the hotel and also see the beach view from the hotel . All facilities are very good and useful

Excellent hotel room and food made the stay enjoyable. Rooms are clean. Property is 5-10 mins walking distance from main temple.

We stayed at Hotel Grand Dwarka which is walking distance from Dwarkadhish Temple. The location is nice and it's near Gomti ghats as well. However our experience with hotel hygiene was not good. Initially we were given a room full of bugs and insects which were crawling right in front of us.On complaining with the hotel manager, they agreed to give us another room with apologies. So overall the hotel is a decent one if you want to stay near the temple premises.

Location is excellent, Food and Restaurant is fantastic. Service is good. The only thing that is lacking is proper maintenance. This drawback is overshadowed by the other factors.

A very happy and comfortable stay at The Grand Dwarika. Excellent hosting and a nice food service from restaurant. The SevTomato referred by them was absolutely yummy, more so with Thepla.I enjoyed making my evening tea at room. Good clean spacious rooms and a very clean bathroom. I would give 5/5 rating. The most exciting part was the gift of Dwarkadhish Ji photo by the Hotel

it's too pricey.. rooms are not upto mark..food is ok ok types.. the only benefit is proximity to temple otherwise it is absolutely not worth the money.. staff, reception behavior is good

Hotel Management Team is very rude behavior wise, they don't even talk guest like guest. They have mentality something like they don't care about feedback, their hotel will be always full as that's a tourist place. No any service is given timely. Room and beds were dirty from all the blanket there was bad smell.
