Extremely disappointing service at Hotel Swagat. I had reserved two Delux rooms, including Hi-tea/breakfast, for our family with children. We didn't get Tea or Breakfast.
I'm following up from more than 20 days for GST invoice for my booking, I didn't receive. It's more than a month since advance payment and more than 20 days from my stay. The front desk staff are very rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Owner isn't bothered to provide any help.
This hotel lacks customer service, professionalism, and basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend it to anyone, as it could ruin your holiday experience.
