service is not good , ac remote not working well. there servents have no any manners to knok the door , much more times they open it, not clean room , there is not hot water, bed is also not good condition .

Room cleaning was not done properly. Used water bottles were provided instead of fresh ones. Bed sheets were dirty and not changed. Early check-in was not allowed even after a request. Very disappointed with the service and cleanliness.

no sign of promptness or eagerness for service... they didn't provide towel didn't provide water didn't provide dustbin on their own( only gave when we asked) they didn't have facility of tea and snacks atleast they should have..

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay away. Right from the start, the service was shockingly bad. The staff were rude and ill-mannered, and they refused to let us check in on time despite our confirmed booking. When we were finally allowed in, the room we were given was dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the hotel charged us extra money on top of what we had already paid through MakeMyTrip (MMT), without providing any proper explanation or receipt. The most disturbing part was that when the housekeeping staff cleaned our room while we were out, one of our personal towels was stolen. We raised this issue multiple times with the management, but they completely ignored our complaints and took no action whatsoever. This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Unprofessional staff, unhygienic rooms, and absolutely no regard for customer service. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

The room lacked a landline phone, making it inconvenient to request services. There was no room service or complimentary water bottle provided. Instead, RO water was served in reused bottles. Hot water was unavailable, and without an in-room phone, every request required a trip to the reception. The overall experience was disappointing due to these basic amenities missing.

No hot water, no intercom, no tea pantry or tea facility not worth the price. . . . .

The stay was terrible. During check in, they made us wait for an hour as they didn't receive the confirmation After that, they provided us a room, with almost no amenities. The bedsheet was stained, so was the towels. No toiletries provided. No hot water for bathing. Overall the stay was really poor.

Water is over at morning. No cleaning every thing is dirty. Bad service. Bad behiver.

aminieties are available but there hygiene is not good. room service is not good, staffs are not responded for changing of dirty bed cover.

The hotel was good and comfortable and nice to stay. The cleaning staff was also good and there was a hotel boy samantha who was really helpful and cooperative. Overall the hotel is a nice play to stay and very close to railway station as well as close to dwarikadhish temple as well.

it is mentioned that hotel part h in is 3star hotel but doesn't look like. Hygiene is not maintained properly, i can see lot hair in bathroom, towels are not cleaned. Room's paint is peeling off. Overall, i am not getting facility like 3 star hotel.

Very poor condition of room, 🔹No warm water available in room for bath (gyser was not working) 🔸Room was Smelling very bed. 🔹Cockroch was there in room Toilet condition was just like dharmshala. Improper cleaning Even they have not packed water for drinking.
