Review Of Hotel Sunview

Location is ok, food was 3 out of 5 but the room is very dirty.It looks like they didn't even clean when the previous guest checked out, there were dark spots in the bed sheet and blanket just like someone just had an orgasm. Some of the staff are good but there were some which can't even accept their own mistakes. Checked out and couldn't even get the bill from the front desk just because I was refusing to pay extra charges for their mistakes. I don't like giving negative feedback to anyone but if any of you read this then kindly consider somewhere else for your own good and happy stay. This is my experience in Hotel Sunview.

Comfortable, safety and security was good

Everything is fine. Very near to airport. Need improve in fooding. Behaviour of front desk staff are very nice.

Hotel was hygienic & room was neat & clean

Location of the hotel is good but the rooms are not good enough. Lack of maintenance. Not properly clean, even bedsheets and pillow covers are not clean too. Overall staff behaviour is great. They are very cooperative.

The room was okay, but the bedsheet and the blanket was problematic, i mean after an hour of sleep, i felt itchy and rashes appeared on hands and legs. It was a disappointing experience. And the bathroom was too smelly.

Overall stay is pleasant. But breakfast n food is not tasty. Every day puri n sabji. Bread n omlet. Tired. The rest is ok.

The room was not clean, the bedsheet the pillow covers all were dirty. Also, i didn’t like the behaviour of the staffs. The receptionist was ill mannered. Looks like he was so frustrated to take the bookings.

The room is not clean and the toilet is old n does not match with the super delux room

The infra, amenities and the facilities were average if i compare same at nearby vip road. Staff were good

I quite good stay but service is little delay and all over experience is good. And i extend to stay for some more days. Thank you

Location is good, but very poor response of the staff, tv not in working condition, and more over if you left something in the property after chekout never expect you will get it back, staff over there dont have time for the customer, only good thing is location, you will get better property on the same price. Overall it is bad experiance.

The room is too dirty n bedsheet n blanket was too much dirty they did not change for 5/6 days. They used old bedsheet for new customers

It was wonderful experience to stay in hotel sunview, lovely experience, food was tasty n delicious, over all it was nice happy experience to stay, i would definitely recommend others to stay love it

Over priced hotel poor hospitality poor services poor food quality no restaurant poor breakfast options rooms are full with mosquitos ac non functional the lift area lobby is always found with stink and foul smell the hotel staff at reception was drunk every evening how can one call this place a hotel?

The place is not as expected. The service was very poor. The communication while entering was not the same mention. At first from the receptionist they are saying that is complimentary breakfast but before checkout breakfast was charged extra. Wosrt experience ever.

Hotel staff are very cooperative very nyc stay

All staff is good. Front office staff is excellent. Rooms so nice. Service is excellent.

The stay was good n the service was okay the place was at the centre of guwahati so it is easy to reach the staffs of the hotel was very nice

The service of the Hotel was very good. The room was clean. The behavior of the staff was nice. The food which I took from the Hotel was good in taste.
