Review Of Hotel Sunrise

Sunrise hotel Staff is very arrogant and and non cooperative and service is very poor like water issues etc and not provided proper service.

Lots of mosquitoes were there in the room. No rickshaw driver was knowing the location of the hotel, its in juhu but the hotel lane is very congested and backward.

Very poor maintenance of the room, it is nothing close to the pictures. The pictures are edited to look good. The staff is very unhelpful and say this is what you will get we don't care about the picture on the listing. The area seems shady and secluded inspite of being in juhu. It felt unsafe to leave my valueables in the room so i carried them with me whenever i left the room.

No water was provided they charged for water which we bought from the people in charge though everything was good

First of all the hotels other name is galaxy nexus. They should put tea or coffee kit. They has given us window side room which is good but water bottle is chargeable.

It’s not a hotel. It’s a flat. Rooms are v stinking. We just pay didn’t stay. Mm t should at least review first then put on the list

After booking for two rooms, when we reached to the point the property manager denied availability of two rooms. It is our unfortunate to book through this link
