Food is very very delicious 😋, location is also proper, staff behaviour is also good, but I have not given 5 out of 5 because, when I check in to the hotel they sent us in a room where there is no mini fridge, there is 2 separate beds, though I have booked my room by selecting couple friendly..after that when I speak u, they took me in another room where I have found queen size bed but there is no freeze, but when I booked my room there is a mini fridge included, after that in third time the hay took me in a room where there is a Queen size bed as well as a freez also

Not clean rooms . The manager has no coutesy comes into room for asking to checkout and talks so rudely with attitude. And the worst part is if you can pay 24-2500 why to stay here stay in 3star hotels.

Terrible and Horrible if you want hygienic roon stay away from tvis
There was electricity shortage, every minute electricity shutdown , non hygeine, no proper toilet seat system, flush doesn't work properly, bedsheet has stains, blanket were dusty, hairs on bed, lights are too deamd it feels they don't have enough power supply. noise outside comming into the room, they call unnecessary for taking dinner they don't wait for customer to order, ceiling fan had unpleasant noise. it was horrified and terrible experience don't book this hotel for a single day. you will regret trust me

Experience of our stay at Hotel Sudakshina, Silcha
The ambience of the hotel was decent. But the hotel staffs were not cooperative. We asked for an extra pillow in the morning of the very day we checked in at the hotel and after asking them for a numerous amount of times, they gave that pillow in the evening of that day. Also there was no availability of any Geyser.

Business Trip
Property is located on the main street. I had business meet in Silchar and booked this for a couple of days. Staff is hospitable and courteous. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

next time i will not book this hotel any more. worst hotel entire Silchar. at the time of check in as one water bottle they have not provide one water bottle. thay have charged for water bottle

soloTotally terrible. Took the price of ac room but ac was not working even for a second, electricity was going off for several times, bathroom accessories are not there & the food was terrible. Suggest not to stay there

Sir, power cuts are very frequent in Silchar and it takes 2 to 3 minutes for the power backup to start. Also, we have multiple Ac rooms available if you had shared the concern we could have shiftrd you to a different room. We whole heartedly apologise for the inconvenience faced. Hotel Manager

Poor Stay
the geyser was found to be central and turned off during the evening. the staff is not much accommodating.washroom is not clean. toilet seat broken. hand shower doesn't have any flow. they doesn't provide normal ro drinking water. you only have to buy water from them. no complementary water from their side. basically they don't know how to run a every silchar every time it's very difficult to find a proper hotel as most of the hotels are like this.they charge you much more but don't give the service according to the money you are paying.
