Review Of Hotel Sree Gokulam Fort

For three occupants they didn't provide a spacious room. They have provided only a double room with extra bed. They didn't resolve electrical complaint. Overall we are not satisfied about their service.

The hotel is good enough mean clean staff service all went good , the food served inside the room great , the hotel is just few minute walk-able distance from Thalaserry railway station not so many option for the stay over that side more than 3 hotels but am here for the very second time time, only uncomfortable feels About the bed it’s so hard not such smooth like other do . Rest all OK will point the same spot next time also.

Food and service were good. Bed linen and Bath towels were bad.

The reception elder man was not giving me Wi-Fi password, later other reception guy gave the password in the night.

When me and my colleague reached at the hotel, the guy at the reception gave such a worst welcome which I will never forget in my life. He behaved in such a manner and even refused to give a room. When we were explaining about the booking via MakeMyTrip, he said it was not a concern of him and if you made a booking via MakeMyTrip go stay with them. Such a pathetic reaction.

Good rooms, clean and clear. Good food. Easy location for travelers to find. Good room service and support. Hot water round the clock available which is relay fantastic. Worth for money ,, will recommend to all. My suggestion will be to add complimentary BF

Not recommended for standard stay. Non AC rooms are stinking. Neat or clean atmosphere was not available. Restaurant was crowded but no waiters are available. Hotel is near by railway station and bus stand is in accessible distance.
