At first they give me a room without a tv then when we request for upgrade they give a cool one so we are happy with the customer service 👍🏻

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easily accessible for travelers. Upon entering the suite, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the room. The layout is thoughtfully designed, featuring a comfortable living area with a dining table and four chairs, as well as a cozy sofa, which provided ample space to relax and unwind. The suite also included a refrigerator, which was a nice touch for storing snacks and beverages during my stay. However, I did find a couple of drawbacks. The air conditioning was limited to the bedroom, which was a bit inconvenient, especially since the living area could become quite warm. Only a ceiling fan was available in the other areas, which may not be sufficient during the hotter months. Additionally, the suite featured a 32-inch TV in the living area, but it would have been more enjoyable to have one in the bedroom as well for late-night viewing. Despite these minor inconveniences, the suite was well-maintained, clean, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. The staff was attentive and friendly, contributing to a welcoming environment. The overall amenities and services provided align well with the hotel’s four-star rating. In conclusion, Fortune Avenue is a solid choice for travelers looking for spacious accommodations in Mattannur. With a few enhancements, particularly regarding air conditioning and in-room entertainment, it could elevate the guest experience even further. I would recommend this hotel for its comfort and service, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

That rooms are more spacious but not cleaned, TV note working and Ac remote not in room, we had an incident regarding ac remote, they are note responding and never fixing issues, very bad behavior from the staffs, We adjusted those technical error bcoz that all are machines, but we never accepting their behavior, they are not valuing customers time, thats very very important

The food was tasty. But the rest stay and service were not to the mark. They didn't know how to conduct room service. They were not rude but didn't know how to provide lodging services
