Review Of Hotel SNR Twilight

I like to tell about few things about this hotel. 1 ) After my booking confirmed. I have not received any call from hotel. When i call the hotel person not answered properly. Again i called on the travel day the owner picked the call, i told him my train will be late, will come by light night, he said ok. After we reached the hotel the reception person told that we have stoped the online bookings. After decision he has given one uncleaned room which is not good. Again he told that will change the room next day morning, again they told rooms are full. Will give room after available, so went to temple. After coming from temple we asked about the room change, owner asked 500 extra and stay in same room is big. But he that room all cigrate smoke smell is coming from A/C. After some time he send one person and shifted to another room 206. That room is fine, but again same cigrate smell is coming from another room through A/C.We totally disappointed with the services. Next day 2 morning reception person asking to check out by 12:pm, due to your booking from online so have check out asper policy. We requested him why i have to checkout my 48 Hours not over. After some time again he asked me to pay another Rs 1500/- what to do with family we came i have pay the amount. For this hotel out side talk is very bad. Saying your staying in this hotel. It was bad experience with hotel persons. So requesting to make my trip to recheck with this hotel behaviour and take necessary actions.

The room was smelling like cigarettes and there was a glass in the cupboard which had alcohol in it that was left by the people who stayed before us.

1 - terrible we have faced a lot of trouble in the room they have given 100 soft room even though we booked executive 195 soft room overall rating is 1/5

Its an average hotel. Not everything was as like in pictures. All ammenteties and fittings are old / dirty / not working. Even the ac. Not upto standard.

Very poor treatment given by hotel knowing that i have booked from mmt. Room not given which i booked. Very dirty room given.

No proper drinking water. Lots of mosquitoes in room which make u restless. Toilets was not properly cleaned when checked in. Beds were stinking badly. I will not recommend to stay there who travel-ling in vijayawada. Ac of the room was worst as outside temp was 46 degree i faced lots of issue dusting my 2 days stay.

When i checked in to the hotel rooms it was not available and they allocated me one villa which was terrible. Lots of mosquitoes having in rooms which may damage your health at any point. Toilets and bathrooms are pathetic. They have not even cleaned the toilets when i submitted my key to them for cleaning.
