good. room are good. some where u will insects but It can be ignore. Room has good space.

property is good maintainence is fine fares are reasonable cleanliness was good but can be improved area location is good options for food and necessary things are available parking is a concern without plan for 4 wheelers overall it was good

we have checked in at 11.50 pm, but hotel manager refused to provide room explained that he has not received on line money on behalf of booking done so you have to it again by paying twicely, which is very horrible. I have shown him booking confirmation e-reciept,but he pays no attention as such he has wasted my more than one hour, thereby me and my wife suffered mental agony and uncomfortness as we are travelling for long distance from Shrisellam and we need rest any how at 1.30 am I suggested let you provide us room and solve the matter tomorrow. He gave me room no.103, atmosphere inside the room is uncomfortable, no ventilation and unbearable smell, I know how I spent that night.

Location in a conjusted area. But that is not an issue. They have stopped water supply in the night and We don't have water till morning. They have provided Towel and soap only after insisting and not before. We were given second floor room inspite of the fact that I am senior citizen and no lift.

The hotel is not at all hygiene, i have vacated the hotel within 2 min. And requested your staff to arrange the refund

not happy with booking .at night time u can see around female might feel unsafe...not recommend for the couple going as couple....even the bathroom of the hotel is not hygiene very unhygienic..might be good for boys bachelor but differently not for female ...

Not happy. i booked a wrong booking area. I felt little unsafe in the area. Hotel is good but not area.

Horrible stay. I paid for 2 days stay. 1. They did not help us with the location. My cab driver wasted 2 hours roaming in circle within 2 kilometres and the hotel reception person changed the landmark for 2 hours. 2. Traffic cop stopped using because we were in that area for 2 hours, even traffic cop enquired the location from receptionist. 3. Very dirty and untidy room with stains on bedsheet. 4. No window, small suffocated room. 5. No service person. 6. Receptionist and night boy are working there. No sufficient staff. 7. Staff and receptionist don't understand or speak english or hindi. I had taken help of chatgpt to speak to them. 8. Receptionist very rude. 9. When i requested to upgrade my room to ac, they demanded 1000 rupees extra. I gave and they did not shift to another room rather same room old ac was there with no remote that they turned on. 10. Despite fan and ac, i was swearing. 11. When i requested receptionist to arrange paid water for me and i will pay, receptionist refused to help me. Receptionist wanted cash only. No upi. 12. I was not carrying any cash with me, so finally in order to buy 30 rupees water i gave 100 rupees tip to receptionist and 100 rupees tip to night boy. And 50 rupees for water. 13. I did not continue for the next day, rather i shifted to another comfortable hotel "olive benz circle hotel by embassy"
