Good Experience
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel SK Grand , and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how attentive the team was throughout my stay. The room was spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I especially loved the view from my window and the cozy bedding that made for a great night’s sleep. The amenities provided were top-notch, and everything I needed was easily accessible. Everything was horrible. Stay, food, room everything was not good. Not at all value for money. Nobody should stay there

Poor Stay
When we reached at hotel approx - 5pm in the evening our room is not ready enough. In one room ac is not working, electric cattle is not working. We were continuously calling reception but no one is answer the call. After 2 hrs one person is coming with another cattle. In our washroom our washer is broken due to which we not bath properly. Bath bucket in too bad condition. So much dirty

Room review.
The hotel is near chokidhani the room are clean but the aura of the hotel is not worth 4k. The food we got is not as per buffet rather we get as per menu. The hotel needs to be bit more manage

Worst hotel
It was very bad experience in my life. 1. Main gate door automotive door not lock, due to battery low. 2. There is no menu card. At the time of diner i have place manual order to team. After that kicten c infirm order food not able to support 3. Same i have facing issue in mrng. Hotel team breakfast foods arrange out of hotel. Breakfast food arrange out side market.

Good experience nice food / cooperative staff. Also very near to chock i dhani. Saves a lot of time for night visits

Food very very spicy
All dishes were extremely spicy for me. The room had lots of flies. The room was quite large with two large glass windows, offering a nice view of the city. The tv had no cable connection.

Fairly satisfied with service and staff
The service was good and staff was quite good with their hospitality but the food was not that good.

Average 3 star hotel
Staff is soft spoken, drinking water is chargable because by default they give bottled water unless specifically asked for normal water. Rooms are average clean, just basic and no luxury. Good choice for budget travellers, if price is acceptable. If breakfast was included , then it would have been value for money

Poor Stay
We were given roomno. 203 first. The bedsheets, cover of blanket, pillow covers were not changed. We called them. They showed r. No. 206&205. In 206 there were ants. We decided to shift to 205. We had dismantled our luggage in r. No. 203 things were shifted to 205. My jacket in wardrobe was brought & kept in wardrobe of 205. I realized after coming to mumbai that my cross ballpen was missing. There wast v but it stopped after 15 minutes as they had not paid subsciption. There was no buffet breakfast. When we went to restaurant next day morning we had to order breakfast & wait till it came. ( we could have ordered from room had we known it & saved time ) my wife had intense itching & erythema (redness & swelling of both the legs in r. No. 203 ) dr. P. K. Shah. I am not interested in getting any discount. Your reputation is at stake.
