PATHETIC HOTEL + NEED A BETTER SOLUTION
PATHETIC HOTEL & the SO-CALLED HOTEL OWNER! DONOT stay at this hotel at all. The guy sitting on the front desk is a very RUDE guy who has no respect for women or how to talk to them. His attitude was so BAD that he shouldn’t be operating the hotel. He was very very disrespectful & unaccommodating while he also threatened to cancel our booking & leave the hotel. Such people should not be managing a hotel - MANNERLESS! Such behaviour isn’t what a customer expects after a long day of travel on a holiday alongside the quality of food SO SO BAD; tasteless food & undercooked. Upon on my conversation about the same issue, I never received a call back until today evening & a petty voucher amount while I expect a full refund because we were mistreated so badly.
