Very good location and appearance of hotel. Staff are good and cooperative. Food services are good and price are as per market standard. Over all very pleasant stay. Rates of property is very reasonable.

There was no mountain view from the deluxe room. Services was very poor by staffs. There was no wifi. Overall a disaster experience

Room is good but food quality does not match to its price point. Hope they improve there food quality.

The hotel location is good. I booked a deluxe room and the room size was good. It was neat & clean, well maintained. The food served was delicious. Need to improve service, it's bit slower.

Worst hotel worst service no clean ness

Mm t should remove this hotel from your list immediately, i have never ever n ever visited this type of hotel in my whole life. 1) no towels, 2) no drinks water 3) no soap 4) no cupboard 5) no window curtain 6) no phone 7) no food services at the room you should go to the ground floor 8) hotel location is far away from city and many things. I was checkin around 2pm and till 8pm i wasn't get any towels, water etc i went 6 time in the reception to ask those things, my room was in 3rd floor just amazing from 3rd floor to ground floor more then 15times horrible, terrible, disgusting, unacceptable. Folks think 10 time before visiting this hotel.

It’s totally an incomplete hotel in total. Neither of the room is completed nor it is fir for a person to stay. Wood work not completed, no tv, no geyser, ac roof is open, wall is totally wet. Food is even worst, but price is like a 3star hotel. Staff will always tells some story to fool customer. Until and unless you show your anger they will keep bluffing. My review is totally based on my recent stay at this place.
