It was a very bad experience. we have booked 4 rooms , costing per room. but the experience was shocking, the rooms are very dirty, bathrooms were very dirty, no food system at all, location was also very bad, geyser was not working in 2 rooms, we have requested the manager/owner to co-operate and refund the amount by which we can stay in another hotel. but he did not respond. overall a very very bad experience.

familyI stayed with my family in this hotel. It was a very good experience. Staff were very supportive. Location is very good. It is just opposite to bus stand. It's centre point for rajgir, nalanda and pawapuri. Owner is very kind and helped a lot for my trip. Easily accessible for bus and train. Battery auto is available in just front of hotel. Food was not available in hotel, so they need to improve this. Overall best experience i have. Price is very attractive in the locality.

Hotel was average. Kitchen not available so had problem in morning breakfast. Its not a proper hotel as white goods shop, clothes shop all mixed in one building. Its a little bit at a distance from all the major attractions.

Sir you need to try to understand what package you have booked. You talked with MMT executive also, they said the same, this is not our mistake. You want executive room facilities in single bedroom booking. Though we have supported in every possible way to make sure your stay is comfortable. familyBest location for rajgir, nalanda and pawapuri visit. The staff is so attentive and their customer service is excellent. The rooms were clean, mattress was very comfortable, affordable price. The property is not very big but we. Received a cordial welcome even at late evening check in. All basic amenities are available. Staffs are cooperative informative and ready to help. Location also good, middle of rajgir and nalanda. Hope to book in next visit aslo.
