I had booked the room after seeing the photos of the room and its size. However, at the time of check-in, I was offered small room. Or else I was asked to pay per day for the selected room. When I showed the booked Voicher, they accepted their mistake but still asked me to pay. The food quality was good and service prompt The hotel did not adhere to the rates booked by me thru MMT. Had to pay extra for the room. Though food quality was good and service prompt

Staff was too rude unfresh food with high charge Dont go to this they staff was unprofessional they behave like a small think villagers they dont have customers service they give unfresh food without price list and high charge

house keeping service-very poor food-too much spicy staff behavior-not good &unsupportive think twice before book this hotel

when I reach hotel their is no electricity in the hotel and the staff are not responsive and I booked 3 room only 1 have all things other 2's washroom don't even contains a single soap shampoo and all basic stuff which they promise to give while booking.

Booking from Make My Trip was good. But the staff of the hotel were behaving a little bit unprofessional.

Location of property is extremely good. Breakfast is also good and property is located around mountain which enhance the beauty and provide relaxing stay

room was good, staffs were good in behavior , location is good accommodation best route , near brahm kund

The property is well maintained and food was also very good and tasty also located in very good area

Basic facilities was lacking in the hotel. Enquired from reception regarding the issue. They have ready-made excuse. Cable tv was not working. Bed sheet was in shabby condition. Room was not clean. Room floor was having dust. Bathroom was not clean properly. Tap was broken in bathroom. Western toilet was not clean. You can zoom the image and see the condition. I have two more photograph.

hotel not provide tv with dish or internet connection,ac remote not available,no towel, morning complimentary breakfast horrible,after complain staff told , it's all due to manager order
