Hotel is not well maintained as well as its location mapping is false. It shows 2 minutes walk from railway station but it is 5 to 6 km distance from railway station

Very dirty room, very unfair gm dealing. Very bad place location, total muslim area hotel staff so not stayed this hotel and found another hotel near ghat. Please return our paid payment

Stained bedsheet and blankets. Ac button not given in the room, needed to call reception to switch it on. Poor hygiene of toilets and bathroom. Poor reception of orders made from the room, every service was delayed. Tv was not rec-hared for an entire day and they lied giving the reason of bad weather. When entering chitakoot the hotel repection denied to be a hotel when we called them. Only the food was good and location of hotel is good. Apart from this nothing was satisfying.
