Bathroom Cleaning are not good Otherwise location is very good. Bathroom are smelling very bad. I requested to management please change the room

Stayed on Single Occupancy Basis for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is located at a very convenient location as it is near to both Railway station and Airport. The hotel has large spacious rooms but the room I stayed in i.e. 203 specifically needs a repair in terms of leaking and damped wall just outside the washroom. The hotel staff is very courteous and eager to help. The jharokha restaurant (in house) restaurant is not that great as the food quality is not very good. I ordered quite sometimes during my stay but most of the time the quality was not up to the mark barring few items such as Aloo Paratha and Thali. The property offers all the basic amenities required in a hotel of its category. I would recommend staying here for single but not for family.

Proerty very unhygienic employees behaviour is very bad over all bad experience

It was an MMT Value hotel but second time I got not satisfactory room. There was no water in the room till almost 6pm.Otherthings it is OK,Staff were good,they tried there level best to help me but it should be built in system so that such things doesn't happen.Cleanliness need improvement.

Bathroom need to repair, wooden decoration also need to be repair. Overall room need to upgrade, location is good

Room condition is not upto the mark. No towel, wall are not as good as seen in pics, deluxe room with 1 adult and given two separate bed in room.

this hotel is one of the most terrible hotel i have booked in my entire life the person setting over reception is thinking he is the owner his behavior was so rude and disturbing and also the service is like hell i booked the hotel for 12 hours and for the resolution of problem is asking 72 hours i booked two rooms in this hotel and left it within 15 mins leaving me with the loss of money and did not get any help i request everyone to never book this hotel and also never do any booking they are just a broker with no hold over anything their employee will make you wait untill your booking is over and then there will be no response

Rooms are good,neat n tidy.But food was horrible.The hotel promises 24/7 food service which is false.We were denied food parcel due to unavailability of chef.Food served in our room was not fresh.Very disappointed with the food quality.Allover an average experience.
