Delux Room are parhethic and very small, wall plaster are damaged, no television was there, bathroom dirty. It's like hell.

I had faced lot of problems there. Which are like this... 1 - Room quality is not Good ( Booked Super Deluxe Room) 2- I stayed there for 2 days but every days I got poha and tea for breakfast which quality was very bad 😞. 3- i faced Dinner issues there and also faced Parking issues.

worst stay I have ever experienced only location is good but over all everything was ugly and worst behavior of the attendent was not good we have checked in on 23rd December at 01:00am late night as we reached there there was no person available to carry our luggage bags till our room which was on the 1st floor of the property without lift facility we had carry our luggage till room. the rooms photo shared in the booking app was totally false the rooms were alloted to us was a pathetic scene.walls were broken with damp all around no tv units to watch no wi-fi facility inside the property we booked here with breakfast,but in the morning not even tea was available. so on the same day by 10:00am we checked out. so I request you to refund atleast half of the booking amount.

The receptionist was very rude. We don’t know his name, but he was young and thin. He treated my 70-year-old mother poorly, demanding more money and even snatched her bag from her hand. The rooms were in poor condition. I highly recommend not booking this hotel; it was the worst experience we've ever had.

He charged extra money when we denied to pay extra he thrown our luggage & not allowing us to stay.

It was easy to travel from here to all tourist destinations. The hotel staff arranged taxi for us within no time

I booked super deluxe room with complementary breakfast. Room was not as per description. Bathroom condition was bad. In complementary breakfast you don’t have any option. They will give you only poha and chaay. Poha is also boiled only you can’t find any taste in it. Chaay was like cheeni ka pani.

If you want to stay only in ni8 then the hotel is good. But. There is no restaurant facility and no tv facility in deluxe room and calls are not attended by reception staff. And they have no problem if you write a correct review. And bathrooms are not so clean buckets and mugs are dirty and dustbin is not empty when i reached at room. Thank you.

Good experience of staying but for food you need to look outside, conveyance is available because it is located between the karvi railway station and ram ghat.

No lift, room not maintained property. No ventilation in room. No proper toiletries, no food or refreshments. No mineral water. Not a proper service

Mm t and hotel both are not providing satisfactory services. I complaint on mm t application and they called me but no resolution and nothing helps. Seriously bad experience with mmt. Will not recommend mmt.

1 terrible because there was no any attendent who can positive response no glass proper no water no any sofa chair in one room no tv in roomvery painful stay

Hotel is not a hotel their is no towel, no shop, no shampoo this is my bad experience in my life. I suggest no body can book this hotel. Ghatiya hotel. Paisa thag liya

Rooms were big but full of dust, mites, dampness on walls and cockroaches. I asked for different rooms but all the rooms had dampness smell and no cleanliness. Bedsheets had dust on them and we had to clean them up ourselves. The blanket was smelly. Location wise, it is fine because it is on the main road but other than that, it had all negative points.

Worst hotel for stay… would like to advice everyone not to book here…

Hello we have had such a bad experience in this hotel the hotel is not at all what it was shown the staff is not good at all there children under work no facilities I made a special request while booking I had asked for checking, I called him and told him that we are coming with family, so early morning arrangements should be made for us, for this I will make extra payouts from you, but through them No such arrangement was made, the room we booked in that hotel was not at all according to what was shown to us, after going there we were asked for extra money, we did not like that room, after that we booked the best hotel of that hotel.
