family with 2 kidsThe staffs are very cooperative. The hotel location was good. Restuarant Food is tasty. Rooms are decent in size. But the toilet was unclean and had stains on it. No toiletries were provided.

Rooms and toilets were not clean enough and food was not good. Bed sheets were not clean enough and toilets were full of stains.

Hotel maintenance is in really bad shape, geyser, television don't work. Food is pathetic and too expensive. Air conditioning dosent work effectively. Room sanitizing done after request. Bad linen provided. Very poor cleanliness
