The place is very quiet and peaceful. Amazing Food. Perfect for family and couples.

Horror stay.kichen was not taking order as Busy with some group.Reception was not in communication with phone line. Breakfast was jock ,It was kept on third floor lobby area, kept only two items uppama and bread butter and tea.No one was there to surve and to attend at 8.30 am.If hotel is not in position to provide proper breakfast then room tariff should be shown only room rent.Ice Bowl was changed 120 rupees.Hotel cleanliness was poor.It was totally disrespect for guest wish mental torcher.Hotel should refund back money charge for breakfast.I will never book this Hotel and will not recommend.

A very clean property with great location near happening college road in Dombivli East. Rooms are spacious even for three persons and are clean with really effective air conditioning. All the places are within a short drive or rickshaw ride. You can have food delivery from a number of good quality restaurants in addition to in house food. Breakfast is included which is an added advantage.

Pros: it's a decently priced property and for the price you'll get a big room with a clean washroom. However don't go expecting a typical three star experience. Cons: mattress and pillow covers weren't very clean so we had to request new ones which were better but not exactly up to expectation. Front desk staff told us that the hotel was sold out and we had to point out that we had a reservation which is when they realised. This property typically hosts a lot of wedding parties due to which common spaces are always clogged with people, elevators take ages to come, corridors and other common spaces aren't exactly clean. Manage your expectations and you'll have a good enough experience.

Floor mats were smelly

The hotel is good, rooms are spacious. The overall staff is friendly. But it is not managed well. I got 3 calls and 2 staff visits during my stay every 2 hrs which certainly was not appreciated

We were not given the room and booking was not honored ! we were told that there were no rooms even after confirmation. Pols process the refund?

It was a terrible experience this time around. Poor professional etiquette. Person at the counter was not accommodating at all. It appears that they despise the people who book. We were asked to provide the proof of booking. No basic amenities. No water no toothpaste no kettle . Poor WIFI connectivity. Bedsheets were smelly. God knows when it was last changed…Towels were stinking of oil smell.

Staff came in past 11 pm to pick up spare mattresses for other rooms, disturbing sleep. Then next morning, the hot water taps dispensed dirty brackish water even after being left running for minutes.

My lost pain found by security staff was returned. Rooms are spacious. Food was good. Only room service. Concern is that there is lot water drain before you get hot water. Precious resource including valuable time of guest is lost. Hotel should find solution.
