Breakfast was not good at all, birds were also a part of eating the same breakfast in open area. Not too much clean.

A colleague and I stayed here for 3 room nights. The experience in the 2 rooms - 1 Special Deluxe Room and 1 Mini Suite was average. Pros The rooms are spacious and the people are attentive and helpful. Cons The property is not aging well. There are issues with pest infestation, odour management, sub-par AC, AC waterfalls and non working switches. A major issue is that you are joined at your breakfast buffet by cute sparrows who live in the chandelier. The literally peck food from the serving bowl. Nature lovers may love it, but not exactly something we would mark as hygienic.

The bathrooms are not hygienic, pests are seen, not cleaned and tissue roll was not in toilet. Food quality was average. service take longer time. morning breakfast not ready on time

Charged around 400rs for break fast but only 2 items for poha and parota. When i asked some other options said it will be chargeable

Stay was good and hygiene was okay okay. Also food was great. I would recommend trying different dishes at this place. It was easy to locate.

Kushal executive inn is one of my best stays, they provide hygiene rooms, if i talk about amenities so no worries you will get everything the rooms are so spacious, most importantly i love the food they serve, the quality & quantity of food is too good. I recommend this hotel to everyone. No matter what the purpose of stay but for all kinds of family business stay this hotel is perfect

Good hotel at pallava dombivali, with so less option, this is best. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms clean and good size. All amenities mentioned in deal are there. No misinformation. Lastly safe for woman travellers

The stay was good if you you are looking to stay around kalyan dombivli i do recommend, the location was good lot of parking options. They do have a separate restaurant opposite

The property was discovered on mmt. Location is slightly away from the station the staff are very courteous and prompt. The food quality and serving size is also quite good. The rooms are near and well maintained. Overall a pleasure stay.

I came for prime masters league table tennis tournaments at olimpic sports centre. This hotels location is very nice and easy to find. It is at minimum distance from osc. Food quality was good, room service was good and room was also well equipped with ac, hot water etc. Reception staff was very nice & polite with helping nature. Thank you.

Good location and amenities. The staff are courteous and prompt. The food is nice though we found that excessive oil was used in a handi. We also observed a few cockroaches in the room which was quite a downer.
