very compact room. surroundings are unhygenic and scary. absolutely no room service basic things not provided in the room like towel etc

I stayed here for a business trip. It was very awesome experience for me as people here were polite and well-behaved. My room was very spacious and clean. I enjoyed much here after ending my business meetings.

I had booked hotel for my team, after entire day at work at site they had to gone to sleep, checkin process took 20 plus minutes inspite of showing booking voucher they denied there is no booking and it took 20 mins and coordination with MMT team to address this, then post checkin team entered room found no water, at 2 at night they had to go out of hotel walk for 1.5 to 2 kms to get water, such is the situation of this pathetic hotel, also the room was with Breakfast and the same when asked in the morning, they categorically denied it and mentioned the breakfast is not included, strictly avoid this hotel anyhow.

the rooms were not that big and very cheap, you can easily stay there if you dknt need any big rooms or good interiors

Location is shady. Difficult to locate easily. Room and bathroom was not properly clean. Staff was not present in proper number. Lots of mosquitoes. Door locks broken of bathroom. It is a low cost , barely maintained lodging property. Not suitable for elderly people as it is without lift., on first and second floor with climbs.

The conditions of the rooms were very bad and unhygienic, the washrooms weren’t clean and the reception staff suggested that we should be comfortable in that, while checking in the reception staff was staring at one of our friend’s chest, the rooms didn’t had the door, and the locality of the lodging is so unsafe.

Most disgusting horrible place to live ever! extremely unsafe for women! the walls have dirt and the bed sheets are disgustingly dirty and smelly. They refused to clean anything and the rooms didn’t even have keys. The rooms are smelly. The washroom is filthy. There’s some unsafe place just on the floor above.

There is so much scope for improvement, service wise. Complimentary breakfast too should be provided. Cleanliness to be given top priority. Staff schooled to provide decent service. Regards

i had a terrible experience at this hotel. the room smelled awful, like sewage and the water was dirty and unusable. the tv and ac were not functioning, and the fan was installed so low that i accidentally touched it twice, which was extremely unsafe. i had included breakfast in my booking, but they informed me that after 10 am, no staff was available to serve it. the lack of room service made the stay even worse. the overall hygiene and maintenance of the hotel were appalling, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the guests needs. this was by far the worst stay i've ever had. avoid this place at all costs 🙏
