The place is nice, but the room could have been clean, linen was all soiled and stinking.

unhygienic, didn't even got complimentary water n charged more then mrp for water bottle ,no wifi,,tv wasn't working,

Rooms are neat and clean and staff eco-friendly,

Good as per facilitation & connectivity & location of the place. Rooms are are neat but service isn’t good enough& can be improved.

Very bad experience with this hotel. 1) no hot water. 2) blanket and bedsheet was torn and not washed. 3) there was no lock on the bathroom door. 4)the hotel is like a couple hotel not recommended for the family. 5) the receptionist was very rude. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

They room was okay but the bedsheet and pillow cover were torn-ed and not at all washed as if they gave us used room but we did tried managing through it but later we got to know that the door has no lock and they told us that the key was lost and you can leave the room open we have cctv and you can trust us after some discussion we asked for another room and when the other room was given the ac remote was lost overall the room was neat but the management was terrible

This hotel is very good and family friendly environment. Nice experience and good room

Positives : - the room was clean, as well as washroom. - a. C. Was working good - bed, towels etc. Were clean. Negatives : - the floor was filling sticky - *the room was not lockable. They didn't had a key for that room* when asked to the attendents, they replied, they had cctv camara, and they were taking the responsibility, but room couldn't be locked. When i checked the door frame, the portion when lock meets frame, was broken & repaired. Perhaps, in the past, the door was opened forcefully. This couldn't be trusted. - in the bathroom, an additional tap was given for hot water, connected to geyser. *this tap was having electric current* - lock was broken in one of the storage provided in room.

It was great. Room was clean. Toilet was also clean. Service was good. Only problem is staff asked us for tip. We can give it but it has to come from inside

Shower was working with only cold water. No wifi no phone service. We reached there @ around 12pm and they allotted us a room where tap of hot water was not installed. So we decided to complain about it and realized that phone service is also not working. When we booked room thru mmt, phone n wifi service was written in description. We had to call up room service boy thru sweeper who was working there. Initially room service boy also denied to change room by saying that all rooms are booked with guests of wedding which is happening in evening. We got mobile number of reception from them n requested manager to change the room. Mmt - please do survey every year of these hotels and do make necessary changes in description section.

The staff is good, manager needed to check the booking twice as it was done from makemytrip. Com, also they everything that there to buy be it a water bottle. It's over priced so i would suggest carry everything that you can.

Good location and safe area ! staff is cooperative and food is good

I was not able to locate the hotel, location shared with mm t is not there, i followed google maps but there was no hotel there. Tried contacting many times to hotel to find out location, but they were not cooperative and were not able to help us with the location.

All good no issues for me. Only one thing once power cutout it tacks 2 to 5 minutes for power backup

there was comfortable stay over there in the hotel 😊
