businessPoor hygiene, bed sheets smelling like they haven’t been washed for years. Washroom surface was so sticky n slippery, it felt like they hardly clean washroom. Blankets and pillow covers were full of hair and tea marks. The AC was broken though it worked but it needed hardware maintenance. Overall, a horrible experience. I won’t recommend it. Doesn’t deserve even 0/5 stars.

The room allotted was not upto the price allocated. The room was dirty, full of mosquitoes, bathroom tap was leaking, rusty bathroom interiors. Staff were very neutral in their service provided. Calling the room allocated as deluxe room would be a grave understatement. I have stayed in hotels with similar ratings with far better rooms and much more customer friendly staff with lesser price.

Poor Stay

They did not even provided water to drink for free, the bathrooms were in bad shape toilet seat was broken, the power outlets were also broken, the hotel is not maintained i guess, please improve the quality as i paid 2800 per night for booking.
