I recently stayed at Shubham Hotel, and I must say the hotel staff, including the receptionist, cook, and other members, were extremely hospitable and professional. My stay was comfortable, and I have no complaints about the hotel’s service.
However, I noticed a significant pricing discrepancy that left me quite disappointed. for and was given a standard room. Meanwhile, my colleague booked directly at the hotel reception and paid only for a deluxe room in the same category. This raises a concern—why should one pay more and still receive a lower-category room?
While I highly appreciate the service and staff of Shubham Hotel, should ensure fair pricing and room allocation. In the future, I would prefer booking directly with the hotel to get a better deal.
