Gulmohar Royals

Stayed at Gulmohar Royals, Coochbehar, for one night and had a wonderful experience. The hotel looks polished and grand, rooms were spotless, and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast offered multiple options, and the warm hospitality of the staff made the stay truly enjoyable.

the location is 4 hours drive from nearest airport Bagdogra. the approach road to hotel is very bad. the rooms are big and good. but the house keeping service is poor. because of limited use by customer the washroom shower taps are jammed. the management need to improve on the house keeping team. it's too expensive as per the utility by tourist.

The bad behaviour at the time of check out by the front desk assistant has spoiled everything that were good in Gulmohor Royals.

Property Lication was out of city but not far Food was Good most of the time. Staff was ok as well Wifi and Internet was very bad TV channels service were bad as well. Toileteries were not property top up

Gulmohar is undoubtedly the best hotel in Coochbehar. excellent pool but they insist to wear your non swimming t-shirt at the pool. I'm still a bit confused with this rule. Rooms r good. The basic room seems just a lil bit expensive in terms of the amenities. Around 500. The air conditioning system is bit slow and there is no fan inside. So it takes an hour to get the room cool. At times you won't find anyone at the front desk. We were waiting for almost half an hour to get someone for the check in procedure. Food is good. They have a good bar. excellent ambience. Excellent staffs. But the staff at the gate didn't allow the medicine vendor to deliver my medicine at the door step. A lil bit professionalism was expected during a medical emergency. Excellent Saty , perfect place to spend a day with family and children . Rooms , Foods , Swimming poll everything perfect.

Beautiful property to enjoy with your family or friends. Well decorated and spacious rooms .The hospitality was warm and homely . I especially enjoyed the refreshing pool and the truly delicious food a wonderful culinary experience . I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience with excellent amenities.

I recently stayed at Gulmohar Royals wonderful hotel for a couple of days and had a truly pleasant experience. The ambiance of the hotel was very inviting and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. What stood out the most was the hospitality – the staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and always made sure I was comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Location and Look both are excellent. ambience is very good and well maintained property in the City or nearby area. Food quality and options are also good. They made some special items NONG for me on request.

Location is very beautiful, taking bathe at swimming pool is amazing, room is spacious and comfortable, food in Olive is excellent and the breakfast is tremendous as it was complimentary,overall our stay in Gulmohar Royals was excellent

It was awesome to stay there. Food also testy and hygienic. Environment was fantastic and overall we were enjoying there a lot. Easy to access location. Staff behavior was so polite and clean was poper. Swimming pool is great. Overall was superb to spent there.

Great ambience, wonderful hospitality. cooperative staff , generous front desk and to be very precise..a beautiful well maintained Restaurant with varieties of delicious mouth watering cuisines. The complimentary breakfast items need a special mention. overall it was an awesome experience for me as well for each of my family members.
