Honestly in this price I can’t expect such a beautiful stay. Strong recommendation for those who visit Alipurduar

The property is near New Alipurduar Railway station, food is available in house, good quality quantity and standard. Facilities provided as showed during booking.

It was a total scam no one was there to receive guard was sleeping we stand outside for 2-3 hours after there behaviour was Terrible staf was hopeless

Price is reasonable, staff are very helpful and welcoming. But the stay is not luxurious yet they are clean.

I must say hotel Shubham is very best hotel in budget and pocket friendly there stop was too good food is amazing and I am preferred to stay in hotel Shivam.

I recently stayed at Shubham Hotel, and I must say the hotel staff, including the receptionist, cook, and other members, were extremely hospitable and professional. My stay was comfortable, and I have no complaints about the hotel’s service. However, I noticed a significant pricing discrepancy that left me quite disappointed. for and was given a standard room. Meanwhile, my colleague booked directly at the hotel reception and paid only for a deluxe room in the same category. This raises a concern—why should one pay more and still receive a lower-category room? While I highly appreciate the service and staff of Shubham Hotel, should ensure fair pricing and room allocation. In the future, I would prefer booking directly with the hotel to get a better deal.

This hotel rooms are spacious, house keeping is good, they have a in-house kitchen. Food is tasty and above all service is the best

Hotel is situated in best location only 10 min waking distance from new alipurduar station, hotels staffs behaviour is polite, we are happy with stay there. Food quality is also awesome and very reasonable price they are provided best foods, room was neat and clean, bedsheets and pillow cover was also clean, bathroom is also neat and clean. Only one point is disappointed to me that is hotel is not provided 24*7 power supply, they are dependent on city power supply. We are suffer almost 40min without fan and light, so that point is slightly disappointed. I'll rated this hotel 5 out of 4. Thank you!

Terrible experience - avoid this hotel i recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had. The rooms are extremely old, outdated, and poorly maintained. Everything felt dirty and neglected, from the worn-out furniture to the malfunctioning bathroom fixtures. It was clear that no effort has been made to keep the place in decent condition. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the moment i arrived, they were dismissive and acted like they couldn’t care less about their guests. I would never ever stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs. There are much better options out there for the price, with staff who actually value their guests. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!
