familyFirst of all i want to mention the service, the service was awesome, especially the room service. Room was clean and fantastic. Food quality was good but breakfast items were limited. Value for staying. But distance from chilalata to jay-anti and buxa is near about 33 km, time taken 1 hr. New alipurduar station to hotel time around 1 hr. Booked safari from hotel, managed by hotel, price was 2 person 2900 pick up & drop to hotel ( chilapata safari)

Maintenance is poor. Water was dripping from the roof. Situated near a tea garden, but no views from rooms as they are surrounded by trees. Rooms do not have ac and are very stuffy. Food is good and staff is well behaved.

The property was amazing. The rooms were very beautiful with natural vibes of Bamboo. Room service was excellent. The tea garden attached to the property looks beautiful.Only problem faced during the stay was restaurant management and poor taste of food. The management should look into this , we had to suffer only for food . Rest all facilities is amazing …. The property , the location , the staffs all were good
