Rooms are uncleaned, lots of insects, food quality also very poor

The service was good but we didn't get the room we paid for.It was supposed to be a spacious room with two double beds instead we got a small room with one double bed.The caretaker and the owner was responsive and helpful. Overall the stay was not bad.
