Its was good. But the bedsheet, blankets had hair from previous customers. Also the counter was a bit slow.

Staff are very helpful and cooperative. Served hot food and very relaxing environment.

Location is good but Service is very poor, you have to wait 45 minutes after order of a cup of tea.

The service was not good, the breakfast was very limited to only 1 item. Drinking water was not adequate. The washroom also was below standard.

Hotel staff are not polite and room services are very poor and complementary breakfast is available for higher price and charging 450 over normal room tariff is just waste of money.

In one of the room, water was leaking from ac, no action was taken and the problems were not solved. I didn’t click any pictures and i thought of putting a review next day after checking out

During my stay at Hotel Elite in Alipurduar, I encountered a series of unfortunate events that led to one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. Upon arrival, the check-in process was a nightmare. The staff were rude and inefficient, making me wait an excessively long time despite having a reservation. When I finally got to my room, it was a complete shock. The room I was given looked nothing like the one shown in the pictures online. Instead of a clean and comfortable space, I found a dingy, poorly maintained room with questionable cleanliness and broken amenities. The final straw was the safety concerns. The locks on the door were flimsy, and there were suspicious noises coming from the hallway, making me feel extremely unsafe. Given the dire conditions and my concerns for personal safety, I decided to check out within 10 minutes of seeing the room. Considering the abysmal service, the misleading room conditions, and the safety issues, the price I paid was outrageously high. This room should not have cost more than . My brief stay at Hotel Elite was a dreadful experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

Very bad. The food was worst food almost 2-3days old food. The room was also not very good and dirty. The service of the hotel was also very bad

Decent hotel. Staff behavior good n superb. Cleaning fine. But the check in check out times different from make my trip mention timing

Hotel food quality is good but over price

Pathetic from all aspects. Very small room, after room cleaning they didn't provide a shower kit and towels also.

My air-pods was stolen from my room during house keeping and they denied it. And they do nothing to find it.

Yesterday i checked into the hotel at 5:30 pm, when i went to the washroom there were horrible conditions. The water continues running from the tab after req they said ok we will check. After 30 minutes they change my room and this room has a washroom with no shower and floor condition was again horrible. When i asked them they said will check. After an hour they downgraded my room with a single bedroom. This was the first in my life where i booked a higher room and got a lower cost room. For hot water there is no switch in room i need to called reception and ask them to power on the geyser.
