I stayed two nights in November 2025 at Palacio Regency, Alipurduar. I was offered a good deal by Make My Trip. The hotel is conveniently located and provided safe parking for my vehicle. The room was spacious with good view. Cleanliness and comfort were excellent. There was also a writing table and chair so I was able to complete my work on the laptop. The restaurant facilities and food were also good. I had to leave early morning so they kindly provided me with a wholesale packed breakfast. Staff were courteous and attentive. This is the second time I am staying at Palacio Regency. Highly recommended.

The F&B was good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The receptionist should be able to conversate in the local language as well considering the location which is not cosmopolitan or metro city. However, the behavior of all the staffs are nice.

The stay was amazing, food was superb and staffs were very welcoming. I had a great time during my stay.

the location was little inside alipurduar but the location was good. the breakfast buffet was changed as per the customer footfall which was little weird, though they served alacarte. the rooms were spacious and good. has stayed back on the return journey looking at the staff behavior but the cost of the rooms need to be relooked as the competion was giving better rates.

Room is great. Service is great. Everything is top-notch however, the food prices are way-way too highly priced and nicely benefitted from the fact that no eatery is available nearby as an option. Need to work on the food costing. It costed us 2800 for 4 for just daal and chawal. Overall, good stay other than the food cost issue.

Barring a few irritations, the overall experience is good. The suite I was staying in was quite spacious barring the sitting area ... There is no eatery nearby and restaurant is providing age old food as a result I fall sick due to consuming very bad food
