The F&B was good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The receptionist should be able to conversate in the local language as well considering the location which is not cosmopolitan or metro city. However, the behavior of all the staffs are nice.

The stay was amazing, food was superb and staffs were very welcoming. I had a great time during my stay.

This is an excellent stay option. I've been here twice and both times the experience has been perfect- rooms are exquisite, food is good and service is perfect. and for a very reasonable price.

the location was little inside alipurduar but the location was good. the breakfast buffet was changed as per the customer footfall which was little weird, though they served alacarte. the rooms were spacious and good. has stayed back on the return journey looking at the staff behavior but the cost of the rooms need to be relooked as the competion was giving better rates.

Room is great. Service is great. Everything is top-notch however, the food prices are way-way too highly priced and nicely benefitted from the fact that no eatery is available nearby as an option. Need to work on the food costing. It costed us 2800 for 4 for just daal and chawal. Overall, good stay other than the food cost issue.

There is no eatery nearby and restaurant is providing age old food as a result I fall sick due to consuming very bad food

I recently stayed at Hotel Pelacio Regency in Alipurduar for one night, and my experience was truly excellent. The quality of the room was impressive—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The behavior of the staff was exceptionally courteous and professional. They were always ready to assist with a warm attitude. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which was delicious and of great quality. A good hotel in Alipurduar. We did encounter issue with the room but were helped in moving to another room. There is place for parking but is narrow. Their restaurant has live entertainment which is certainly a surprise. Food is good but service can be a tad slow. A good hotel to stay if you are in the city.
