nice ambiance, very good afternoon renovation. property in the center of the city. breakfast was good.

Middle of the night AC was not working.waited 30 minute and then had to relocate to another room after some high pitch conversation

I pay in advance that's why they take the advantage of that they are not listening my query they just say do whatever you want else talk to make my trip customer care . I request them please allow me I had a meeting at 2pm please allow me I will talk to make my trip customer care

The hotel is good. Rooms are near and clean. Service of the staff are prompt and well behaved . A part of it is under construction.

The property location is good staff is polite and co operative, rooms are clean and spacious, door locks can be improved. Overall it was a pleasent stay

Firstly lift is not working. We go though stairs to 3 rd floor with laugage. Room is not so good as per rates room service not so good.
