Stay was good. Moreover, I liked the food quality — or rather, the taste of the food was very good. The room and other amenities were also good. That’s why I gave a rating of 4.

It got noisy at night for some reason. Not the roads but the corridors outside our room.

The room was like a store room. Unhealthy, suffocating. Staffs are untrained i requested for one simple bucket in the bathroom 3 times but not provided in two days no water in the room, no service person ever visited the room service food is abnormally high priced mmt charged an abnormally high rate to usfor such a rotten hotel. The room like a match box should be rs 1500/2000 tariff at max lost faith in mmt

Room was small, water supply in the toilet was not adequate. Also, no tea / coffee kit provided, whereas they are charging quite high. Booked double bed room

The hotel is located on the main road near the landing of fully over making it easy to locate. Facilities in the room are ok. The linens, pillow etc. Were found clean and hygienic. Bathroom and the pan etc. Were spic k and span. Restaurant on the first floor has a class and the in charge manages it with a flourish and style. The staff was found very helpful and of pleasant disposition. Only drawback is that hotel's front facade is not at all impressive. Thanks

Hotel was not clean and smelling everywhere. Bathroom was leaking and found some insect in wash basin. Room was not properly ventilated

Room ac not working. Toilet is very small. Tv not working.

Floor was not clean very dirty floor, ac too much sounds, bed and pillow not clean also, very very dirty.

Dear sir, I regret to say that the stay has been horrible so far. I was allotted a room where the intercom is not working. On requesting the hotel staff three times, they informed me that it is not possible to repair the intercom. Rather , they give three mobile numbers - one for house keeping, one for room service and one for reception . Am I supposed to deplete my paid call of the mobile for getting services in the hotel? I called the room service number in the morning for enquiring about the complimentary breakfast. But none answered my call. Thereafter I called the reception guy and then he sent a person in my room to take order. I got late for the meeting which I was supposed to attend due to the loss of time. Moreover, when I checked in, I found that there was no menu card in the room. The menu card was given after several requests to the hotel staff, at about 2:45 pm. All this while, I had to wait for my lunch, in hungry condition. The TV in the room is pathetic as only a few channels are working and none of my favourite channels are there. Inspite of several requests , no action was taken. After such a horrific stay. Goodbye. Hindol Roy.

Little Unorganized, rooms are not the same which was shown in picture. My room no was 402. Bathroom fittings are worst 👎 . They have roof top Bar and 1 st floor restaurant which I found good. Little out of city receptionist is good. Room service need to improve lots. My feelings is to improve staff management. Beds are very uncomfortable and very small room. You won't get working table in standard room. Recommendations / shearing experience 1. Do not book pre breakfast as they have very limited option 2. I do not recommend for couples and family 3. Since they have common lift for all. And that to very small in size. Some time you have to adjust with some drunk guest from BAR or some others. 4. This hotel may use for solo traveler and that to 1-2 nights. 5 restaurant ambiance is good but food teat is just average. 6. In restaurant you will not get RO water. You have to purchase package drinking water and funny thing is that water bottle will be charged even if you not consume. Feel little odd. Thanks

Breakfast is not that good with very limited options. Also hotels security seemed loose as it is on main road and property is not walled. Food prices are high with average taste. One can stay here only if you don't have better option.

Hotel location is good, rooms are new and good but bathroom is quite small and the washbasin is of micro size. Food quality service all good but the Hotel practically do not have only one car parking space.
