Review Of Hotel Shiraz Regency

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The first room was in pathetic condition — the washroom was not clean and poorly maintained. I had to pay an extra ₹500 just to change the room. Definitely not worth the money. Needs a lot of improvement in cleanliness and service quality.

Rooms were so dirty, no professionalism, dirty blankets, no proper door locks, i paid for super deluxe and the room cleanliness was less than even regular room washroom flush was not working no hand sanitizer no hand wash stations no bathing place worst ever experience i ever had

Ac was not working properly. Wash room dirty. Towel dirty. A bad night stay. Bed was also not clean.

Time adjustment are not made by staff and they seek more profit to do it. I also called them two days before visit there to adjust the time but at the time of visit they ignored to do so.

No free water. No bed sheets changed. Unhygienic room. No security. Street dogs roaming in the property. And many more

1. As one enters the hotel the entry area is full of dust. 2. The room we stayed was in extremely bad shape. Walls, sealing of the room and washroom sealing is all damped. The paint is peeling off the walls giving a very scary feeling. 3. Washroom faucets, taps are not working. 4. There is leakage under the toilet seat. 5. The geyser is just hanging with fittings badly rusted. 6. Electric wires to tv are open without proper plug. In short it was barely livable room. at-least after paying one should get a decent place to stay.

Very poor service. Rooms are not cleaned bedsheets and blankets also not cleaned

Worst room, worst cleanliness, blanket were so smelly and dirty, poor facilities. They don't even had a tissue roll. Washroom was so dirty. Worst hotel I had ever seen and visited.

Everything good, like rooms.

The hotel owner should follow basic hygiene.

Bakwas hotel, cockroach, the bathroom are dirty, not comfortable, bedsheet are dirty, dirty smell, charges are high, not expected from MMT. No water no dental kit. Everything is worst.

Good stay.

Stayed for three days with family. Rooms are old and needs renovation. Food and service is OK.
