no privacy at the hotel room. me n my colleague were talking to each other inside our room suddenly man from the next door knocked at out door and requested to keep quite as he was getting disturb with our conversation and can hear a clear talks. no soundproofing in the hotel room. very disappointed. I claim for a refund.

I was travelling with family , Booked 2 rooms in this hotel for a night halt enroute to Mcleodgunj. A group of people in adjacent room played loud music and created ruckus till 2.00 AM, even after repeated complaints to hotel staff , the problem was not solved . could not sleep properly and it completely disrupted our plans for next day.

The stay was really good. I checked in late(at midnight)but food was still available which was really convenient. Food tastes amazing. Breakfast buffet was also good. Staff was polite and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Ac worked well and there was no odour in the room. Checkout was also easy. Overall, it was a great hotel.
