Ac are making loud noises and water is dripping from Ac. Else is good. Staff is very polite.

Very bad hotel room & washroom, even water bottle charges by hotel. I am feel very bad hotel service

button was not working. For mobile charging I used to washroom plug.

Room is very dirty and there is smell of dampness in the room also there is no hot water in the bathroom and the bed sheet and pillow cover was also very dirty. The wiring of room was also damaged. Very worst experience of stay so it is suggested do not visit in this hotel batra Continental

Very poor service i called for water bottle nobody gave an answer at the end i take the water bottle from reception

Very poor service even they do not provide water bottle in room. No sleeper nothing. Tv not working. On top there is no system at all. It was totally wastage of hard earned money staying at this hotel.

Nice and clean rooms. Staff behaviour very good staff. Food is very delicious. If you going to hoshiarpur this is best palace to stay

Lift not working. I asked for a shampoo it took them half an hour to deliver that. Lassi which i ordered was also not good in taste.

The location of property is great, which provides easy access within city and local travel. They need to focus on hygiene, better quality food, staff training for better customer interaction and should maintain the basic amenities in room like operating tv sets and smart keys.

Staff don't check temperature

One of the worst experience i had during my stay. First of all staff wasn't wearing any mask, rooms were not cleaned enough, mattress was used and i could see the stains on bed sheet, there was a lizard in the room, walls were in bad condition. Water kept on coming in wc and i asked them to rectify which they did not. Upholstery had lots of stains. Their customer service was pathetic whereas receptionist did not have any etiquette on how to speak to a guest.
